Road Side Sushi

When someone tells you they are taking you to a road side sushi restaurant, there is a good chance you may be a slight bit concerned. But if you are in Ho Chi Minh city and the place is called Sushi Ko, don’t be alarmed, be grateful that they know great sushi.

Just be prepared to sit down at a  smurf sized table and listen to the lady with a decibel busting voice shout down the rest of the staff, or maybe she was yelling out orders, who really knows. She is loud, but friendly. The entertainment doesn’t stop there, tranny karaoke is likely to turn up on the back on a motorbike and hand the microphone to any willing person, and the smell of a fire breathing performer is likely to linger longer than sake breath the next morning.
