Train to Takayama

Left Kyoto this morning and currently on the train heading through the hills of the Gifu region. The train is a lot slower than the bullet train but the views are fantastic. Takayama is known for it’s sake and crafts. Planning on visiting a few sake breweries while we are here. Our accommodation in Takayama is going to be a traditional ryokan, with traditional meals included.
