Old town Takayama

Just stepped back in time a few hundred years. Takayama is very tranquil compared to the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. It didn’t take us long to stubble across a couple of sake breweries and sample the wares. It would be fantastic if we could find 10% of these sakes in Australia.
